Who is responsible for your data
Glen Wooldridge ("I") is responsible for your personal data. You can contact me at wooldridge.glen+refortis@gmail.com.
What I collect
- Your answers to the survey about your training and injury. Injury details are health information, which the law treats as sensitive. I only collect them with your express consent, given by ticking the consent box in the survey.
- Your first name and email address.
- Anonymous page views. These don't use cookies and don't identify you.
Why I use it
- Main purposes: to arrange a discovery call with you, and to understand how people train around injuries so I can build Refortis. This is based on your consent.
- Optional purpose: if you tick "Email me when there's an early version to try", to email you about the early version. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting me. Opting out doesn't affect the main purposes.
Who processes it
Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Tally (survey) and Calendly (booking) process data on my behalf. They may store it outside Mexico, including in the United States. I don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Until you ask me to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how I use it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing me. I'll reply within 20 business days. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Changes
If this notice changes, I'll update this page and the date above.
